A Quick Guide for New Boarding or Daycare Services

1. Vaccination Requirements
For everyone's safety, all pets must be up to date on vaccinations before their visit. Upload your records to the pet parent portal ahead of time, or bring them with you.
Grooming
Current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella required. Upload to your pet parent portal before the appointment, or bring records at drop-off. Walk-ins welcome.
Boarding & Daycare
Current Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP required. Records must be uploaded to your pet parent portal before check-in.
2. Boarding & Daycare only: Dog Temperament Test (Meet and Greet)
All new boarding and daycare dog need to complete an in-person meet-and-greet first. This allows our team get to know your dog's personality and confirm our environment is a great fit for them.

3. Dog Temperament Test (Meet and Greet)
Our temperament test helps us get to know your dog's personality, comfort level, and individual needs before their stay. During the assessment, our team introduces your dog to different environments, including small or large dog groups, kennel areas, and private suites, to determine where they feel most comfortable. We also observe how they walk on a leash, interact with our staff, and respond to treats and food. Your dog will also visit our grooming department so we can better understand how comfortable they are in that environment. All new dogs are required to complete a temperament test. Returning dogs who have not boarded with us within the past six months will be required to complete a refresher test. Our goal is to learn what helps your pet feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for while they are with us.
